Food Feature:  Gluten Free Pasta

One of the first questions I get when I am discussing starting a gluten free diet with a patient is - "Can I ever eat pasta again?"  The answer is yes - and it can taste good too.  Of course this is not a dinner for every night, but if you desire to make a pasta dish then I suggest using Tinkyada brand of pasta.  Tinkyada makes a brown rice pasta that is gluten free and unlike most gluten free pastas it does not get soggy if you over cook it!
