Ideas for implementation

  • Subscribe to a local support group such as www.tccsg.com if in Michigan, get their shopping guide listing gluten free brands/manufacturers
  • Subscribe to a Gluten Free Magazine such as Gluten Free Living or Living Without 
  • Attend as many classes, workshops, and events as you can to gain a better understanding of what it means to eat "Gluten Free"
  • Begin sampling gluten free items from stores to find out what items you enjoy
  • Find other people eating gluten free to exchange product likes and dislikes so you don't break your bank trying all these new foods 
  • Find out when gluten free fairs are happening in order to sample a wide array of products before purchasing
