This Month's Step to Well Be-ing

Suggestion: Avoid MSG in any way shape or form

Ideas for implementation

  • Avoid foods listing MSG or monosodium glutamate
  • Avoid anything listing hydrolyzed protein, soy protein isolate, textured protein, yeast extract, natural flavors, spices, autolyzed yeast, calcium caseinate, sodium caseinate, gelatin
  • Avoid restaurants that most likely use MSG such as fast food chains
  • Be careful even of foods that say "no MSG added" because that does not mean it doesn't contain MSG. It just means no additional MSG has been added, but the ingredients might have already been sources of MSG
