Suggestion: Implement coconut oil into your diet
Ideas for implementation
- take up to 3 tablespoons a day (great for energy and
weight loss efforts)
- replace all processed vegetable oils including soy,
canola, corn, etc
- bake, cook and lightly fry in coconut oil
- top popcorn, oatmeal, vegetables, etc with coconut oil
- add to smoothies, dips and spreads

Coconut Smoothie
(Eat
Fat Lose Fat, by Dr Mary Enig and Sally Fallon)
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup whole coconut milk
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Place banana in food processor and process to a
puree. Add remaining ingredients and process to a
puree. Add enough water to obtain desired consistency.
Quick and Easy Weight Loss Version: Use a
pinch of stevia powder in place of maple syrup (562 calories).

Want a surefire way to escalate weight loss? Twenty
minutes before each meal, take some coconut oil! It goes
on to state the easiest way to take your coconut oil is to
make a Coconut infusion: place 1 to 2 tablespoons of softened
coconut oil into a mug and add hot water (or hot herbal tea),
allowing the oil to melt before drinking.
